New hotel but with old decor could use some upgrade.the breakfast was not good at all
Clean, great price and included breakfast. The only issue was one of the days they ran out of hot water around. Midmorning. We've stayed there several times and that was a first so it was probably a glitch that will be corrected.
We were just there on a family vacation we stayed there on the first night since we were going to go into the next town over we stayed at a different hotel that looked great on their website got there and totally opposite so we decided to come back to this hotel for the rest of our time in town. I must say the hotel exceeded our expectations the rooms are a great size a lot bigger than other hotels. The breakfast tasted great exceeded our kids expectations which is hard now a day for these picky eaters lol. We forgot our ID on our first stay we got there super late so tired from our drive from phx, when we got there on our 2nd stay there told us hey you forgot your ID and handed it to us. The kids enjoyed the stay fast forward to us leaving the hotel and on the road. My son forgot his AirPods Pro there 3hrs into the trip he realized, we called the hotel to see if the cleaning personnel had found them and turned them in they hadn’t cleaned our room so they went to go check the room and they found them there they are going to hold them for us until our family member who lives there will stop by and pick them up for us. We really appreciate the honesty from them and cleaning personnel. This will be our goto hotel in future visits when in town.

From the quality of the menudo served on Sunday, to the access to the room, this hotel in NCG is a great place to spend the weekend. Staff is friendly and the entire location is clean.
This little hotel is pretty much exactly as advertised, which is a welcome surprise when so many places are not what they claim. And, there were some benefits we did not anticipate, but enjoyed nonetheless. There is another that didn’t really make a difference to us, but might for others. At check in we learned that the desk manager speaks completely fluent, accent free English and Spanish. For us, this doesn’t matter, but having traveled in other places, we know this can be a relief and benefit to some travelers. When we got to our room, it was nice to see that either the original design or a recent remodel had made the room entries more stylish than they needed to be. A little luxury that we appreciated. The other things we enjoyed but did not expect were in the bathroom. The vanity top is more than adequate sized, which is not the case at many hotels in this price range and even some in much higher ranges. Similarly, the shower is plenty big and set up so that it is easy to use the things one might need in a shower space.

good location new building. breakfast was large and included with room. Small issue with room; Megacable was a single channel and the safe wouldn't work. parking lot can be a little challenging to leave if you have a big vehicle. glad we stayed here on our second trip to Nuevo Casas Grandes..
